if it’s a flood, blame me

We all know I have a history of flooding houses. So it is only natural, when someone’s house floods, to blame me. But I will only accept blame if I have been to the house prior to the flood. It seems my younger brother is honing his house-flooding skills. And now, Frank and Sarah have had an exploding hot water heater at their home here in Florida (confirmed by the Mythbusters). The one they’re trying to sell.

I have been to both houses several times; I will accept the blame.
