Rumor has it my older brother is planning a trip. And while Las Vegas travel has been a well-loved trip, this trip might just bring him here to Orlando. Yay! He’s threatening to come down before June is over. I guess that means I need to start and finish a home improvement project before then, eh? Because typically having out-of-town company inspires me to do something to the house. But, I’m just too worn out for that kind of activity. And to think I suggested to RTY that we might re-do her room this summer. That involves sanding all that texture off her walls before we can paint them the color she wants (she thinks purple). Do you know how much I hate sanding the walls? I hate it. A lot. Stupid textured walls.

Did you guys watch any of the olympic trials this weekend? We caught a bit of the diving (saw a local girl dive), and a bit of the gymnastics (saw the local girl fall flat on her face off the high bar; a truly spectacular fall).

We got a new fish today, a rabbit fish. Also a new emerald crab. The rabbit fish now has the distinction of being our most expensive fish. It better not die on us. Tropical fish can be so expensive.
