So, of the 584 females who finished, I was #579. Five women finished after me. I’m okay with that. I wasn’t last, and that was super important to me. It’s interesting that only 1106 people finished the race. Since I was bib #1135, that means at least 1135 people were registered, and I saw higher numbers than mine. So, some of those people might have been no-shows (but really, you paid to run this race, why skip it?), and the rest were scooped up by the slow-poke van.

Anyway, I finished, and I am so proud of myself!

    Oh, Dave, this wasn’t a marathon. This was only a 15K. 9.3 miles. A marathon is 26.2 miles.
