busy busy busy
November 9th, 2007 at 03:57 pm by wRitErsbLock in Mindless MeanderingsI have already written about how busy we have been this semester.
I find it necessary to be specific with you about how full our schedule has been since school started.
Saturday, September 22 was our day trip to St. Augustine
Saturday, September 29 found my husband photographing my niece
Sunday, September 30 was a birthday party
Sunday, October 7 was extended family day at the beach followed by dinner at our place
Saturday, October 13 was extended family day at mini golf and lunch
Saturday, October 20 found us at the House of J
Saturday, October 27 was a two hour HOA meeting in the morning, Halloween party that night
Sunday, October 28 was Busch Gardens with the Dufau Family
Then I was punished for being over extended with a week of the flu. I never get sick like that. I blame the stress.
Friday, November 2 we went to Kennedy Space Center with Frank and Sarah
Saturday, November 3 we took RTY to KSC for a couple hours and then I attended a banquet
That brings us to this weekend:
Tomorrow we’re either going to Epcot or to IKEA’s preview event. Possibly both.
Sunday might find me and sherlock going to the Festival of Trees since I just came into possession of two free tickets. My company contributed to the festival this year in a way I won’t mention until I have pictures to explain with. They received tickets to the gala event tonight. But I’m thrilled with my tickets to just get in. I don’t have to dress up to go see the trees; I would have to dress up to go to a $125 per ticket gala event.
Thursday I hop a plane for family time elsewhere. I’ll be back home in time for school Monday night.
Then it’s Thanksgiving.
Do you understand now why we’re so tired? This doesn’t even touch on the hours and hours I spend doing homework on top of normal household chores. This is more social activity than we typically engage in for an entire year.

You say that like it’s a bad thing. =P
