Just when you thought ordering water with lemon while dining out was better for you than, say, the bottomless Coke I always order…

I can’t say I’m surprised here, I mean, I was once a server. But I do feel the need to “ech” quite a bit about this. I don’t want the server providing me an unwrapped straw, it just never occurred to me that the lemon I requested was so appalling.

The moral of this? The next time you’re at your favorite restaurant franchise, be careful what you order to drink.

Do you think that slice of lime in my adult beverage is okay? Doesn’t the vodka kill off the bacteria? Why risk it? I’ll drink at home.
