May 13th, 2008 at 07:57 am by wRitErsbLock in UncategorizedWhat the hell makes someone want to start fires? They’re saying several of the fires in Palm Bay were started by an arsonist. I hope the arsonist loses his/her home in the fire.
It’s just so horrible.
Yes, fires are always horrible. But I think this one is bothering me more because it’s on familiar ground for me.
I am so thankful Frank and Sarah sold their house last week.

The smoke has been blown south. It’s so dry and smoky over here I was coughing when I got out of my car at work this morning.

google maps say about 9 miles to that fire on Narcoossee.
We almost bought a home off Narcoossee (so we could be Lake Nona snobs!). That house has a lot of undeveloped land around it. I’d be really worried if we lived there.
Where we are, we have the swamp behind us, and some undeveloped land across the main road from our ‘hood. But hubby assures me we don’t need to be worried.
