I hate Chase

Seriously. It’s not a hard question: “Hi, I’m mailing my mortgage check and don’t have my statement. Can you please tell me how much to make my check out for?”
No, they cannot. And now I’m being transferred to someone who can maybe help me.
But then, what do I expect from a company that has held not one but THREE of my mortgage checks for over a month each, just to add on additional late fees.
Chase: YOU SUCK! I shouldn’t have to send a check at all, if you’d just update my account status online (not updated since March 1st), I could make a payment that way. But, no, you’re completely incompetent. And… seriously… how many people do you have to transfer me to just to find out how much to make this stupid check out for?! MORONS!

I loathe and despise Chase; I’m now behind on my bill because they declined my payment -a check from another credit card! Arrgggh…

they suck big fat donkey balls. I have a check from them for .02 yes my friend two freaking cents. Because I overpaid them one month as I paid my credit card off. Can you believe that?

Chase canceled my mother’s card last week based on “late payments on other cards” on her Experian report. But they would not elaborate. They tried to transfer her to the LENDING department. WTF? So she got her free Experian report, and whaddaya know? All accounts “pays in full on time” just like she knew it would be. So she calls Chase back and asks where they got their info, since she has her Experian in front of her. Some “supervisor” tried to give her a song and dance about it, so she canceled the card and asked them to write her a letter stating it was closed only because SHE requested it. Fuckers.

You could alway write it for a little more and be safe. I would do that rather than get a late payment.
SarahK: our amount has changed. We have new financing after being four months behind. This was the first payment with the new amount.
