I don’t especially enjoy riding my bike. It hurts my hands and wrists, and really aggravates an injury I frequently have in the general area of my left thumb and wrist. I don’t like it.

So… I’m going to take my stationary pedals into the bedroom (carpet is essential to keep the pedals from sliding away from me), bring the piano bench in (that should be about the right height for the pedals), pop in a DVD, and pedal for an hour.

Should I be worried that my MIL has not yet stirred? Generally, she retrieves her granddaughter and is coming home at this time. But, she’s still in her room. I’ll check on her in an hour if she’s not up. The poor woman doesn’t sleep much.
